Preheat oven to 375°F 🔥

Cut each chicken breast lengthwise into 4 long, thin strips. Season with salt and pepper.

In a medium bowl, place the brown sugar, and toss the chicken strips in brown sugar to coat.

Wrap each chicken tender in a strip of bacon and either tuck the ends under the bottom of each tender, or place a toothpick to hold bacon in place and place in a shallow baking dish.

Sprinkle the remaining brown sugar over the top of the bacon-wrapped chicken tenders and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F and the bacon gets crispy. Serve hot.
