Ingredients
  • 2 pounds of frozen hashbrowns (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup of butter (melted)
  • 1 can of Cream of Chicken soup (10.25 ounce can)
  • 1 pint of sour cream
  • 1/2 of medium onion (diced)
  • 2 cups of cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) 🔥

  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix until thoroughly incorporated.
