Bacon-wrapped asparagus bundles are a delicious appetizer or side dish that combines the smoky, savory flavor of bacon with the fresh, slightly earthy taste of asparagus. A few asparagus spears are bundled together and wrapped in a strip of bacon, then baked or grilled until the bacon is crispy and the asparagus is tender. The bundles are seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, and a drizzle of maple syrup and soy sauce for added flavor. The contrast between the crispy bacon and tender asparagus makes this dish a crowd-pleaser at gatherings, barbecues, or holiday meals.
